(ZZP) Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Elektrotechniek - Arnhem - Arnhem - 40 uur Laat ons zoeken Introductie Wil jij jarenlang werken aan een van de grootste renovatieprojecten binnen de Nederlandse zorg? Voor een grootschalige renovatie van een toonaangevend ziekenhuis in Arnhem zoeken wij een Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Elektrotechniek die energie krijgt van complexe utiliteitsprojecten, multidisciplinaire samenwerking en techniek die er écht toe doet. Deze functie is beschikbaar voor zowel loondienst als ZZP. Functie Als Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Elektrotechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en uitvoering van installaties binnen dit omvangrijke renovatieproject. Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en het budget en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen optimaal samenwerken. Binnen een ziekenhuisomgeving is geen dag hetzelfde. Je schakelt continu tussen techniek, uitvoering en opdrachtgever en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig en zonder verstoring van de zorg worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? - Coördineren van renovatieprojecten; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget; - Aansturen van engineers, werkvoorbereiders, BIM Modelleurs en uitvoering; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Signaleren van kansen, risico's en technische verbeteringen; - Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte uitvoering binnen een operationeel ziekenhuis; - Verantwoordelijk voor een succesvolle oplevering van jouw projecten. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Elektrotechniek; - Ervaring als Projectleider binnen de gebouwgebonden installatietechniek; - Ervaring met complexe utiliteitsprojecten is een pré; - Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden; - Proactieve, resultaatgerichte en besluitvaardige instelling; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
