The posting

Als ZZP Ruwbouw uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en het succesvol opleveren van de ruwbouw bovenbouw. Je bent hierbij de schakel tussen de opdrachtgever, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volgende werkzaamheden: - Het opstellen van een realistische projectplanning en het borgen dat alle ingehuurde vakmensen en onderaannemers hun werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde tijdslijnen opleveren; - Het realiseren van de benodigde materialen en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op het geleverde werk op de bouwplaats; - Het bewaken van het projectbudget, inclusief de controle van inkoopfacturen en het doorgeven van de juiste informatie voor de facturatie naar de eindklant; - Het houden van toezicht op de bouwplaats met betrekking tot de geldende veiligheidsregels en vergunningen.

Je bent een zelfstandige Ruwbouw Uitvoerder Betonbouw die het overzicht bewaart, in oplossingen denkt en duidelijk communiceert met alle betrokken partijen. Verder beschik je over: - Een geldige KvK-inschrijving en een BTW-identificatienummer; - Eigen vervoer, communicatiemiddelen (laptop en telefoon); - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector of een andere technische sector (ervaring met projectorganisatie is een pré); - Het vermogen om zelfstandig bouwtekeningen te lezen en interpreteren; - Een geldig VCA-VOL certificaat en up-to-date kennis van veiligheid op de bouw;
