Heb jij ervaring als timmerman binnen het onderhoud? Dan is dit de functie die jou op het lijf is geschreven! Voor een mooie partij in Gouda zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige timmerman onderhoud. Het bedrijf waar jij aan de slag gaat verricht werkzaamheden binnen het dagelijks onderhoud bij woningen in de bewoonde staat. Het werk wat jij uit gaat uitvoeren wordt ook wel bonnenwerk genoemd. Je bent sociaal ingesteld doordat je bij mensen thuis over de vloer komt, daarnaast zijn de werkzaamheden ook heel divers. De ene dag ben je bezig met het vervangen van een deur, de andere dag vervang je een lekkende kraan. De werkzaamheden die jij gaat uitvoeren zijn als volgt: - Het volgen van dagelijkse bonnen met werkzaamheden; - Licht timmerwerk; - Het hangen van een deur; - Het plaatsen van een dakraam; - Het plaatsen van een keukenblok; - Klein elektra- en loodgieterswerk; - Klein stuc- en tegelwerk. Wat heb je nodig? Als zzp timmerman onderhoud zijn er een aantal eisen waar jij aan dient te voldoen, namelijk: - Relevante werkervaring als timmerman; - Een bus (dakdragers zijn een pré); - Gereedschap; - Een VCA-diploma; - Woonachtig in de regio Gouda of bereid om te reizen.
