BTW 40 Vast , Detachering / Interim , Detavast Midcareer / Medior Functieprofiel Vind jij het leuk om dagelijks bezig te zijn met afwisselend bonnenwerk voor overheidsinstellingen en gevangenissen? Wij zijn op zoek naar een allround vakman / servicemonteur op ZZP-Basis voor bonnenwerk en mutatiewerk in regio Rotterdam! In deze functie werk je zelfstandig aan bonnenwerk (service- en reparatieverzoeken) bij gebouwen van onder andere het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf. Je ontvangt je opdrachten digitaal en gaat direct op pad om storingen en onderhoudsklussen op locatie op te lossen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van dagelijks bonnenwerk binnen vastgoedobjecten - Oplossen van uiteenlopende reparatieverzoeken en storingen - Herstellen van o.a. hang- en sluitwerk, klemmende deuren en kozijnen - Repareren van sanitair zoals lekkende kranen en afvoeren - Herstellen van wand-, tegel- en stukadoorsschades - Oplossen van kleine elektrotechnische storingen zoals schakelmateriaal - Werken op basis van digitale werkbonnen via tablet of app - Zelfstandig beoordelen van de situatie en bepalen van de juiste aanpak en materialen - Net en klantgericht communiceren met bewoners en gebruikers op locatie Binnen deze rol staat zelfstandigheid, vakmanschap en servicegericht werken centraal. Daarnaast wordt er actief geïnvesteerd in kwaliteit en ontwikkeling, zodat jij je als vakman verder kunt ontwikkelen binnen het onderhouds- en vastgoedsegment.
