The posting

De kern van deze opdracht is de succesvolle en zelfstandige realisatie van een specifiek bouwproject. Het projectresultaat wordt geborgd door een strakke coördinatie op de bouwplaats, waarbij de focus ligt op het aansturen van de uitvoering conform de vooraf gestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen.

Binnen deze resultaatgerichte opdracht draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de volgende onderdelen: - Bewaak zelfstandig de planning en voortgang om de afgesproken kwaliteiten en de definitieve opleverdatum van het project te garanderen; - Coördineer de inzet en samenwerking tussen onderaannemers en leveranciers gedurende alle fasen, van ruwbouw tot en met de oplevering; - Handhaaf de geldende kwaliteitsnormen en VCA-veiligheidseisen op de projectlocatie en leidt, als je dat nodig acht, bouwvergaderingen voor een optimale afstemming; - Signaleer tijdig afwijkingen in het proces en voer zelfstandig corrigerende maatregelen door om het projectresultaat te borgen; - Beheer de projectkosten en uren binnen de begroting en realiseer een efficiënte inrichting van de bouwplaats.

Om deze opdracht succesvol uit te voeren, beschik je over:

- Aantoonbare ervaring als zzp-(hoofd)uitvoerder binnen de woningbouw of utiliteit; - Een geldig VCA-VOL certificaat; - Rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer; - Een ondernemende instelling; - Beschikking over de benodigde middelen om de opdracht zelfstandig uit te voeren; - Je bent een zelfstandig ondernemer en draagt als zodanig ook ondernemersrisico; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een scherp oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
