Als ZZP Uitvoerder Renovatie ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige bouwproces van renovatieprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, binnen budget en conform de hoogste kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, onderaannemers en klanten om tot het beste resultaat te komen. Jouw technische kennis en organisatorische vaardigheden zorgen ervoor dat elk project soepel verloopt. In deze rol krijg je de kans om te werken aan uitdagende renovatieprojecten waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. Je hebt de vrijheid om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en draagt direct bij aan het succes van bijzondere bouwprojecten. Daarnaast biedt deze functie volop mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen via de interne academie van het bedrijf, waar je toegang hebt tot diverse opleidingen en trainingen op het gebied van bouwmanagement en technische innovaties. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Aansturen en coördineren van renovatieprojecten van start tot oplevering; - Dagelijkse leiding geven aan uitvoerende medewerkers en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en adviseurs; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en arboregels; - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken en uitdagingen tijdens de uitvoering; - Verzorgen van rapportages en voortgangsbesprekingen met projectleiding; - Inkopen van materialen en materieel in overleg met de projectleider; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en uitvoering conform tekeningen en bestekken.
