Nos activités de Food services, Support services et Soins & Santé offrent une approche transversale pour nos prestations.Nous recherchons un Bid writer pour supporter notre Bid Center, le cœur stratégique où naissent nos propositions commerciales pour nos deux marques. Votre missionEn tant que chargé(e) de Propositions Commerciales, vous serez l'architecte de nos offres et réponses aux appels d'offres (publics et privés) dans les domaines Food Services et Support Services.Votre rôle sera central pour:• Aider à conquérir de nouveaux marchés et accroître notre chiffre d'affaires• Fidéliser et développer notre portefeuille clients• Positionner Compass Group Luxembourg comme le partenaire de référence en restauration collective et services de nettoyage Vos responsabilitésStratégie et développement• Détecter de nouvelles opportunités (marchés publics et privés)• Élaborer des propositions différenciantes, adaptées à chaque secteur clientGestion des appels d'offres• Analyser les cahiers des charges et les besoins spécifiques des clients• Collaborer avec le Bid Center et les équipes internes (Food et Support Services) pour concevoir des offres compétitives• Chiffrer, rédiger et présenter des dossiers de réponse impactants• Évaluer la rentabilité et assurer la bonne transition vers les équipes opérationnellesCollaboration & innovation• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les services marketing, commerciaux et opérationnels• Coordonner les échanges avec nos fournisseurs et partenaires• Participer à l'amélioration continue de nos méthodes et process commerciaux Profil recherchéCompétences• Expérience en développement commercial ou en gestion de projets marketing/communication• Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et sens de la structuration d'offres• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et CRM (Excel, Word, PowerPoint avancé)• Bac+3 minimum, anglais courant• Permis B obligatoireQualités• Sens stratégique et capacité à convaincre• Excellent relationnel et esprit collaboratif• Organisation, rigueur et autonomie• Créativité et capacité à “penser client” Pourquoi nous rejoindre?• Intégrer un groupe international solide et reconnu• Un rôle stratégique et transversal couvrant deux marques majeures (Innoclean & Eurest)• Un environnement collaboratif et convivial (équipe de 10 personnes)• Un poste stimulant avec autonomie et perspectives d'évolution• Contribuer activement à la croissance d'un acteur leader au Luxembourg• CDD jusqu'à fin septembre 2026 (Un extrait de casier judiciaire de moins de 3 mois sera demandé en cas de recrutement.)
