In dieser verantwortungsvollen Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für einen komplexen Betrieb mit Restaurant, Bistro, Café, Catering sowie einem umfangreichen Automatenservice.Ihre Aufgaben * Operative Gesamtverantwortung für den neuen gastronomischen Großstandort mit mehreren Outlets * Steuerung und Koordination des gesamten Betriebs mit rund 2.000 Mittagessen täglich * Sicherstellung der Versorgung von drei Außenstellen sowie eines hohen Cateringvolumens * Verantwortung für über 250 Automaten am Standort * Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Führungskräften und Teams * Effiziente Personaleinsatz- und Dienstplanung * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenleitung und den Verantwortlichen aller Bereiche * Wirtschaftliche Steuerung des Betriebs inklusive Budget-, Kosten- und Kennzahlenverantwortung * Laufende Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen * Aktive Gastgeberrolle mit Fokus auf Servicequalität und Gästezufriedenheit * Betreuung des Auftraggebers und regelmäßige Abstimmung zur Weiterentwicklung des Angebots * Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards * Kommunikation mit Behörden und externen Partner_innen * Hands-on-Unterstützung im operativen TagesgeschäftIhr Profil * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich * Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Gastronomie bzw. im F&B-Bereich * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Leitung größerer oder komplexer Betriebe * Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz * Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Budgets und Kennzahlen * Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit hoher Service- und Kundenorientierung * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HACCP, Hygiene und Qualitätssicherung * Hands-on-Mentalität, Entscheidungsfreude und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Kommunikationsstärke sowie professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kund_innen, Gästen und Mitarbeiter_innen * Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute EnglischkenntnisseUnser Angebot * Work-Life-Balance, die überzeugt: Fixe Rahmenarbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag.
