Rôle :

L’Assistant(e) Qualification et Prise de rendez-vous est en charge de l’ouverture, de l’enregistrement et de la qualification des missions d’expertise, dans le respect des chartes clients et des procédures internes.

Dans ce cadre, vous exercez vos missions selon les consignes et priorités définies par votre supérieur hiérarchique et, le cas échéant, par le coordinateur de pôle.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Réceptionner les missions selon les modalités définies par le coordinateur de pôle
  • Enregistrer les missions dans l’outil de gestion, dans le respect des chartes clients et des procédures internes
  • Identifier le type de sinistre ainsi que ses causes et circonstances
  • Saisir l’ensemble des informations collectées dans l’outil de gestion, conformément aux normes de saisie définies par la hiérarchie
  • Qualifier les missions en télé-expertise ou en expertise terrain en fonction des éléments recueillis
  • Assurer le premier contact avec l’assuré afin de l’informer sur le déroulement de la prise en charge de son sinistre et de solliciter les pièces justificatives nécessaires à l’évaluation des dommages
  • Éditer l’intégralité du dossier dans le cadre des missions relevant de la télé-expertise
  • Transmettre les dossiers au pôle technique pour attribution à un télé-expert
  • Renseigner quotidiennement les outils de suivi et le tableau de productivité mis à disposition par la hiérarchie

Cette liste de tâches est non exhaustive et peut être amenée à varier en fonction des évolutions de l’entreprise.

Profil recherché :

Issu(e) d’une formation Bac à Bac+2 en secrétariat ou en gestion administrative, vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire, acquise en compagnie d’assurance ou en cabinet d’expertise.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre diplomatie et votre efficacité, et faites preuve de rigueur dans l’exécution de vos missions.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques courants, notamment Excel, Word et PowerPoint. De bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et une orthographe soignée constituent un réel atout pour ce poste.
