Rôle :

Le Data Manager et Performance Analyst transforme la donnée en levier de performance.

Par ses analyses et ses recommandations, il éclaire les décisions et contribue à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client et de l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Vos principales missions :

Au sein de la Direction Commerciale, le Data Manager et Performance Analyst conçoit et pilote les dispositifs de mesure de la performance. Il garantit la fiabilité des données, analyse les KPI clients et opérationnels, identifie les leviers d'amélioration et accompagne les Directions dans leurs prises de décision.

1. Construire et faire évoluer les KPI de pilotage

Ø Définir et structurer les indicateurs de performance clients et internes.

Ø Garantir la cohérence des règles de calcul et des sources de données.

Ø Faire évoluer les KPI en fonction des besoins métiers et des engagements clients.

2. Analyser la performance et produire des recommandations

Ø Mesurer l'atteinte des objectifs clients et opérationnels.

Ø Analyser les tendances, écarts, anomalies et facteurs de performance.

Ø Réaliser des analyses par client, région, activité ou typologie de dossiers.

Ø Identifier les risques, opportunités et leviers d'amélioration.

Ø Formuler des recommandations à destination des Directions Commerciale et Opérationnelle

3. Produire les reportings et outils d'aide à la décision

Ø Concevoir et maintenir les tableaux de bord de pilotage.

Ø Automatiser et fiabiliser les reportings.

Ø Préparer les analyses présentées lors des revues de performance et comités clients.

Ø Assurer une restitution claire, synthétique et orientée décision.

4. Garantir la qualité des données

Ø Contrôler la fiabilité, la cohérence et l'exhaustivité des données.

Ø Identifier et corriger les anomalies en lien avec les équipes métiers et SI.

Ø Participer à l'amélioration continue de la gouvernance des données.

5. Accompagner les métiers

Ø Conseiller les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles dans l'interprétation des indicateurs.

Ø Développer la culture de la donnée au sein de l'entreprise.

Ø Contribuer aux projets de transformation et d'amélioration des processus.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation de niveau Bac +3/Bac +5, diplômé(e) d’une École d’Ingénieur, École de Commerce ou Universitaire avec une spécialisation vers les métiers du décisionnel et de la statistique

Analyse de données et pilotage de la performance.

Construction de KPI et tableaux de bord.

Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et des outils de Business Intelligence (PowerBI).

Capacité de synthèse et esprit critique.

Sens du service client et aptitude à communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés.
