Rôle :

Homme ou femme de terrain, vous êtes l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) entre les sinistrés et nos mandants, les compagnies d’assurance. Votre sens de la relation client et votre goût pour l’échange humain constituent des atouts essentiels à votre réussite.

Vous prenez en charge les dossiers sinistres qui vous sont confiés et menez un travail d’investigation approfondi sur l’origine, les circonstances et les responsabilités des dommages subis ou causés. À la suite d’un sinistre, vous en déterminez les causes, vérifiez les circonstances et évaluez le montant du préjudice subi par l’assuré, tout en veillant à l’application du contrat d’assurance souscrit. Vous mobilisez les garanties et conventions applicables en fonction des éléments constatés.

La rédaction des rapports d’expertise, le respect des processus internes, des exigences de qualité ainsi que des délais de gestion font partie intégrante de vos missions.

Cette liste de tâches est non exhaustive et peut être amenée à varier en fonction des évolutions de l’entreprise.

De nombreux déplacements sont à prévoir sur la région.

Profil recherché : Issu(e) d’une formation technique en bâtiment ou génie civil (BTS, école d’ingénieur type ESTP, HEI, Polytech, ou Master 2 Génie Civil), ou disposant d’une expérience opérationnelle en tant que conducteur(trice) de travaux, ingénieur(e) structure, ingénieur(e) bureau d’études, ingénieur(e) travaux ou génie civil, vous êtes attiré(e) par les métiers de l’expertise après sinistre.

Doté(e) d’un excellent sens relationnel, vous disposez de solides capacités rédactionnelles.

Autonome, rigoureux(se) et bon(ne) communicant(e), vous avez un véritable tempérament entrepreneurial et souhaitez rejoindre un groupe structuré et en pleine croissance.
