Rôle :

Le Responsable Comptable Groupe supervise l’ensemble des opérations et dirige le service comptabilité.

Il ou elle garantit la fiabilité des comptes de l’entreprise en conformité avec les législations comptables, sociales et fiscales.

Vos principales missions :

Tenue de la comptabilité générale

  • Gérer la tenue et suivi des banques, EDR bancaires
  • Contrôler les déclarations de l’ensemble des taxes (TVA, CVAE, IS, DADS2, TVTS, TA, FPC, Organic, Fongecif, effort construction, agefiph….)
  • Analyser l’ensemble des comptes
  • Gérer les immobilisations
  • Suivre les abonnements et extournes
  • Suivre les situations mensuelles, révision des comptes
  • Gérer l’établissement des bilans, liasses fiscales incluses + annexes
  • Gérer la relation avec les commissaires aux comptes
  • Définir avec eux les plannings d'audit des comptes.
  • Justifier les principaux retraitements de clôtures des comptes.
  • Gérer les refacturations internes au groupe

Bilan

  • Élaborer le bilan et le compte de résultat.
  • Calculer le résultat fiscal et l'impôt sur les sociétés.
  • Élaborer la liasse fiscale et les annexes.

Management

  • Animer les équipes de comptables au quotidien
  • Transmettre aux collaborateurs les connaissances nécessaires au développement de leur autonomie
  • Réaliser une fois, par an, un entretien d'évaluation formalisé avec les collaborateurs.
  • Apporter des informations au personnel sur le fonctionnement et l’organisation de l’établissement

Profil recherché :

Titulaire d’une formation en comptabilité de type DCG ou équivalent, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience confirmée d’au moins 7 ans en comptabilité générale.

Vous maîtrisez un ou plusieurs logiciels/ERP comptables et possédez une solide connaissance des réglementations comptables, fiscales, juridiques et sociales.

Vous avez une expérience réussie en management d’équipe, avec l’encadrement d’environ 10 collaborateurs.

Reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre polyvalence et votre autonomie, vous faites preuve d’un excellent sens relationnel, d’un fort esprit d’initiative et d’une réelle capacité à piloter vos dossiers en toute indépendance.
