Humlová Šárka, e-mail: <a href="[email protected]" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>Aktuálně hledáme jednotlivce mluvící anglicky a dalším světovým jazykem pro posílení našeho pražského týmu.Hlavní odpovědnosti:" Zpracovávat veškerou příchozí nebo odchozí komunikaci související s asistencí. Tato komunikace může probíhat s pojistníkem, lékařskými a technickými poskytovateli, agenty, zákazníky a dalšími pobočkami Euro-Center." Registrovat veškerou komunikaci a provádět kroky potřebné k poskytování asistence (Globo, Outlook, Genesys - telefonní systém a další)" Zaznamenávat a upravovat rezervace na požadované služby v případě potřeby, do povoleného finančního limitu." Adekvátně koordinovat všechna logistická opatření na místní i mezinárodní úrovni." Spolupracovat s týmem zdravotníků podle eskalačního procesu Euro-Centra" Mít dobré znalosti o všech produktech a být schopen rychle a efektivně zkontrolovat podmínky pojištění vyžadované pro daný případ." Pro probíhající případ je důležité porozumět dostupné síti poskytovatelů a identifikovat preferované poskytovatele v různých zemích." Dodržovat pokyny pojišťoven a Service Level Agreements (SLA) podle předpisů Euro-Center a pokynů GDPR." Úzce spolupracovat se zkušenějšímu kolegy (senior coordinator, team leader)" Na žádost vedení AC a EC vykonávat další funkce související s činností asistenčního centraPožadavky:" Pokročilá (B2) angličtina - to je náš vnitropodnikový jazyk" Zkušenosti s prací v zákaznickém servisu výhodou" Empatie vůči zákazníkům" Organizační schopnosti, multitasking a efektivní time management" Flexibilní a rychlé myšlení, schopnost zachování klidu ve stresových situacích" Schopnost analyzovat situaci a najít řešení" Být připraven se učit a dodržovat dané postupy a pravidla" Časová flexibilita (práce na směny 24/7) - možnost 40% pracovní doby práce z HOME OFFICE po zkušební době" Požadovaný nástup: ihned nebo dle dohody" Důležité: Pracovní povolení a povolení k pobytu v ČRCo nabízíme:" Zázemí stabilní mezinárodní společnosti s 11 pobočkami po celém světě" Nadnárodní prostředí a každodenní komunikaci v cizích jazycích" Velmi zajímavá a různorodá práce" Počáteční školení založené na mezinárodním odborném know-how" Motivující plat a benefity (např. příspěvek na stravování, čtvrtletní bonusy, Multisport karta, příspěvek na jazykové kurzy a mnoho dalších!)"
