Vind jij het leuk om data inzichtelijk te maken en voorraadproblemen vroegtijdig te signaleren? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou: je beheert klantdata en flows, analyseert stocks, levert heldere rapportages en ondersteunt projecten met praktische oplossingen.

🛠️ Wat je gaat doen

1. Databasemanagement

Je richt zelfstandig klantdata en -flows in, voert deze uit en controleert ze op volledigheid juistheid. Je zorgt dat de masterdata actueel en betrouwbaar is en adviseert over verbteringen.

2. Stockanalyse

Je controleert systeemtechnische voorraadgegevens om trends en voorraadproblemen te identificeren en zoekt doelgericht naar aanvullende relevante informatie.

3. Rapportering

Je bouwt en onderhoudt rapportages voor externe en interne stakeholders zodat Asset een transparant en correct gegevens blijft.

4. Projecten

Je ondersteunt de leidinggevende bij nieuwe en lopende projecten en draagt bij aan planning, uitvoering en opvolging.

🔎 Wat wij zoeken

Je werkt accuraat en hebt oog voor detail; je signaleert trends, legt verbanden en vertaalt bevindingen naar onderbouwde aanbevelingen. Tegelijkertijd ben je communicatief sterk en leg je complexe data helder uit aan zowel klanten als interne teams. Je bent ondernemend en proactief: je neemt het initiatief, zoekt continu naar verbeteringen en draagt actief bij aan projecten en procesoptimalisaties.

Verder:

  • Je hebt een master in een economische richting, met voorkeur voor logistiek. Of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel. Kennis van SAP is een plus.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels. Frans is een plus.
