Otthonosan mozogsz a DeltaV Batch programozásban is? Olyan tapasztalt szakembert keresünk, aki a szerverektől a technológiai vezérlésig átlátja a rendszert, és munkáját a gyógyszeriparban elvárt dokumentáltsággal és felelősséggel végzi.

Gyártórendszereink Emerson DeltaV Batch környezetben, Emerson PCSD keretrendszerre épülő alkalmazásokkal működnek. Ebben a szerepkörben a napi rendszerüzemeltetés, a programozás és a fejlesztések műszaki összefogása egyaránt hozzád tartozik, szoros együttműködésben a termeléssel, a technológusokkal, az IT/OT-, QA- és validálási csapattal.

Feladatok:

  • Batch recept fejlesztés ISA-88 szerint (unit procedure, operation, phase) validált GMP környezetben
  • Control module és function block fejlesztés úgy, hogy a kód végig auditálható és kvalifikálható maradjon
  • Elektronikus batch rekord (EBR) integrációhoz kapcsolódó logika fejlesztése/támogatása, 21 CFR Part 11 elvek mentén (adatintegritás, verziókövetés)
  • FAT/SAT és IQ/OQ tesztprotokollok elkészítése és végrehajtása a fejlesztett funkciókra
  • Kód-review és change control dokumentáció GAMP 5 szerint minden szoftvermódosításnál
  • Meglévő validált alkalmazások módosítása – kockázatelemzés és retesztelési terv készítésével
  • Interlock- és riasztási logika fejlesztése (biztonsági, nem SIS besorolású)
  • Szoros együttműködés QA/validálási és folyamatmérnöki csapattal specifikáció és kvalifikáció terén, CAPA-intézkedések és auditok támogatása.
  • Kiberbiztonsági kockázatok és események észlelése és megszüntetésében való közreműködés
  • Oktatási és tesztdokumentációk készítése, valamint a standard szoftverek oktatásában való részvétel
  • Javaslattétel az éves beruházási és karbantartási tervek tartalmára.
  • Részvétel a több szervezetet érintő közös műszaki célok megvalós

Téged keresünk, ha:

  • 3-5 év aktív DeltaV programozási tapasztalat validált gyógyszeripari (GMP) batch környezetben
  • ISA-88 batch szabvány gyakorlati, mélyreható ismerete
  • 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11 követelmények ismerete fejlesztői szemszögből
  • GAMP 5 szerinti validálási dokumentáció (IQ/OQ, teszttervek) készítésében jártasság
  • CHARM I/O, Electronic Marshalling ismerete
  • Windows Server, hálózati alapismeretek validált infrastruktúrában
  • ATEX-zónás gyártóüzemi tapasztalat
  • Jártas vagy az adatintegritás és az ALCOA+ alapelvek, a dokumentált változáskezelés és a számítógépesrendszer-validálás területén.
  • Angolul is képes vagy műszaki dokumentációt feldolgozni és szakmai egyeztetésen részt venni.

Előny:

  • Emerson PCSD (Process Control Support & Development) tapasztalat vagy tanúsítás
  • Validált rendszerek migrációjában, katasztrófa utáni helyreállításában vagy OT kiberbiztonsági fejlesztéseiben szerzett tapasztalat.
  • Gyógyszeripari hatósági ellenőrzések és auditok támogatása.
