Folyamatmérnök

A munkakör célja:

Leendő munkatársunkként feladatod lesz az Euroapi Hungray Kft. újpesti gyógyszerhatóanyaggyártó telephelyén a különböző gyártási technológiák fejlesztése, robosztusságának javítása, valamint a termelés folyamatos fejlődésének fenntartása.

A munkahelyről:

Az EUROAPI Hungary Kft. egy egyedülálló hatóanyag-gyártó cég, a francia székhellyel rendelkező EUROAPI leányvállalata. A francia tőzsdén jegyzett önálló vállalat az API (active pharmaceutical ingredients) termelési, kereskedelmi és fejlesztési tevékenységét öt európai országban található hatóanyag-gyártó telephely bevonásával egyesíti. Az itt gyártott termékek 80 országban kerülnek értékesítésre.

Budapesti telephelyünk gyógyszerhatóanyaggyártó, amely kiváló szakértelemmel rendelkezik mind a kémiai fejlesztés mind a kémiai termelés területén. Több, mint 40 különböző alapanyag gyártása folyik itt a legmodernebb technológiákkal, 2000 óta pedig a világ első számú generikus prosztaglandin gyártója a telephely. A prosztaglandin modell kifejlesztése a telephely egyedülálló szakmai innovációja, amely a helyi szakértelem és a fejlesztések iránti elkötelezettségünk eredményeképpen jött létre.

Többek között a következő főbb feladatkörök várnak Rád, amennyiben szereted a kihívásokat:

Fejlesztési feladatok:

  • technológiai fejlesztés, kísérleti gyártások tervezése, koordinálása
  • új termék üzembe tervezése, transzferek koordinálása üzemi részről
  • technológiai változtatási kérelmek indítása, az érintett felekkel és társszervezetekkel történő előzetes egyeztetés alapján
  • kémiai kitermelés elemzés készítése, trendkövetés, kiugró kitermelési értékek esetén gyökérok elemzés és javaslattétel a szükséges intézkedésekre
  • gyártósor elméleti kapacitás, előállító képesség, ciklusidő meghatározása, valós kapacitásértékelés a területtel együtt

Dokumentációs feladatok:

  • folyamatvalidálási tervek, jelentések ellenőrzése
  • gyártási dokumentumok készítése, ellenőrzése
  • eltérések indítása, részvétek kivizsgálásokban
  • CAPA-k végrehajtása

Örömmel fogadjuk jelentkezésed, ha a következőkkel rendelkezel:

  • Felsőfokú, vegyészmérnök / vegyész üzemmérnök / vegyész végzettség
  • Minimum 3 év sokoldalú tapasztalat termelésben
  • Aktív középfokú angol nyelvtudás

Előnyt jelent:

  • MSc szintű vegyészmérnök végzettség
  • SAP ismeretek
  • technológia transzferekben szerzett tapasztalat
  • vegyipari, gyógyszeripari gyártásban szerzett tapasztalat
  • operatív/projekt vezetői tapasztalat
