The posting

Otthonosan mozogsz a DeltaV rendszerüzemeltetésben? Olyan tapasztalt szakembert keresünk, aki a szerverektől a technológiai vezérlésig átlátja a rendszert, és munkáját a gyógyszeriparban elvárt dokumentáltsággal és felelősséggel végzi.

Feladatok:

  • Emerson DeltaV DCS rendszer üzemeltetése validált (kvalifikált) gyógyszeripari termelési környezetben
  • Rendszer- és adatintegritás biztosítása 21 CFR Part 11 megfelelőség szerint (audit trail, elektronikus aláírás, felhasználói jogosultságkezelés)
  • Change control folyamatok vezetése GAMP 5 szerint – minden módosítás kvalifikációs hatásának felmérése és dokumentálása
  • Backup, patch management, verziókezelés validált rendszeren belül (dokumentált teszteléssel minden változtatás előtt)
  • CHARM I/O, kontrollerek, Electronic Marshalling felügyelete és hibaelhárítása
  • Historian adminisztráció – batch adatok archiválása, adatintegritás (ALCOA+ elvek) biztosítása
  • User Management
  • Adatbázis ismeret (SQL)
  • Periodic review, backup restore tesztek, disaster recovery gyakorlatok dokumentálása
  • Deviáció- és CAPA-kezelésben való részvétel, ha a rendszer okoz vagy érint eltérést
  • Együttműködés QA/validálási csapattal auditok (hatósági, vevői) során
  • CAPA-intézkedések és auditok támogatása.
  • Kiberbiztonsági kockázatok és események észlelése és megszüntetésében való közreműködés
  • Javaslattétel az éves beruházási és karbantartási tervek tartalmára.
  • Részvétel a több szervezetet érintő közös műszaki célok megvalósításában

Téged keresünk, ha:

  • 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11 követelmények ismerete fejlesztői szemszögből
  • GAMP 5 szerinti validálási dokumentáció (IQ/OQ, teszttervek) készítésében jártasság
  • Windows Server, Windows domain, hálózati ismeretek validált infrastruktúrában
  • ATEX-zónás gyártóüzemi tapasztalat
  • Dolgoztál már virtualizált környezetben ismered a Dell VRTX és HCI rendszereket. Hyper-V alapon.
  • Jártas vagy az adatintegritás és az ALCOA+ alapelvek, a dokumentált változáskezelés és a számítógépesrendszer-validálás területén.
  • Angolul is képes vagy műszaki dokumentációt feldolgozni és szakmai egyeztetésen részt venni.

Előny:

  • Emerson PCSD (Process Control Support & Development) tapasztalat vagy tanúsítás
  • Validált rendszerek migrációjában, katasztrófa utáni helyreállításában vagy OT kiberbiztonsági fejlesztéseiben szerzett tapasztalat.
  • Gyógyszeripari hatósági ellenőrzések és auditok támogatása.
