Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Definition, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards, Prozessen und Methoden
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung interner Audits
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung externer Audits sowie Zertifizierungen
  • Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen sowie Einleitung und Überwachung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentationen, Prozesse und Richtlinien
  • Beratung interner Fachbereiche in qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung definierter Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Mitwirkung an Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Qualität
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines unternehmensweiten Qualitätsverständnisses

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem technischen, industriellen oder technologieorientierten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau, in der Einführung oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen sowie in der Planung und Durchführung von Audits
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitätsnormen und -standards, z. B. ISO 9001, sowie im Umgang mit Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Erfahrung in der Prozessanalyse und Prozessoptimierung sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Methoden und Werkzeugen des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem ausgeprägten Prozessverständnis und einer lösungsorientierten Herangehensweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Bereitschaft, Strukturen und Prozesse in einem sich entwickelnden Unternehmensumfeld aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Motivation, Aufgaben in einem dynamischen Start-up-Umfeld pragmatisch, flexibel und mit Umsetzungsstärke voranzutreiben
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
