Du hältst unseren Vertrieb am Laufen – und sorgst dafür, dass aus Kontakten echte Gespräche werden. Dein Fokus: die Terminierung von Akquise-Gesprächen. Keine Kaltakquise, sondern die Begleitung von bereits bestehenden Leads – per Telefon oder Mail.

Ein typischer Fall: Unsere Geschäftsführung trifft einen potenziellen Kunden auf einer Messe. Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Verbindung weiterzuführen – du meldest dich bei der Assistenz auf Kundenseite, vereinbarst ein persönliches Treffen, bleibst bei Bedarf freundlich dran und erinnerst nach, bis der Termin steht.

Du behältst den Überblick, ob Kontakte im CRM, bei Terminabsprachen oder im Follow-up, und sorgst dafür, dass alle Fäden an der richtigen Stelle zusammenlaufen. Damit ermöglichst du es unserem Team, sich voll und ganz auf die inhaltliche Arbeit mit Kundinnen & Kunden zu konzentrieren.

Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei kleinen Backoffice-Aufgaben am Standort Frankfurt – z. B. wenn Materialien nachzubestellen sind oder das Büro vor Ort etwas Organisation benötigt. Die Hauptverwaltung sitzt in Berlin, sodass dein Beitrag in Frankfurt klar überschaubar bleibt.

Was du bewirkst

  • Du hältst die Kommunikation am Laufen und machst den Weg frei für erfolgreiche Akquise
  • Du stärkst unsere Außenwirkung durch verbindliche, professionelle und freundliche Kommunikation
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Termine zuverlässig vereinbart und nachgefasst werden
  • Du unterstützt das Team, indem du administrative Aufgaben übernimmst, Kommunikation koordinierst und Strukturen etablierst

Was du mitbringst

  • Erfahrung in Assistenz oder Vertriebsunterstützung – du hast bereits im Backoffice oder Vertrieb gearbeitet und kennst die Abläufe
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke – du telefonierst gerne und formulierst dich klar und verbindlich per Mail
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office – idealerweise ergänzt durch erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse – und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du behältst auch bei mehreren Vorgängen den Überblick und setzt zuverlässig um
  • Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist – Freundlichkeit, Verbindlichkeit und Freude an Zusammenarbeit zeichnen dich aus
