Jij weet commerciële kansen te herkennen en krijgt energie van klantcontact.

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst bij Eurofins Food, Feed & Water ben je verantwoordelijk voor het oppakken en opvolgen van commerciële aanvragen van bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Je brengt klantbehoeften in kaart, stelt passende offertes op en zorgt voor een goede opvolging. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de vraag van vandaag. Je bouwt relaties uit, signaleert commerciële kansen en draagt direct bij aan de groei van onze organisatie. Zie je dat een klant de potentie heeft om uit te groeien tot een belangrijk account? Dan werk je nauw samen met de accountmanager om de juiste commerciële aanpak te bepalen. Daarnaast deel je jouw kennis en ervaring met collega's en help je mee om de commerciële dienstverlening verder te versterken. Afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats is jouw standplaats Barendrecht of Graauw.

  • Je werkt samen met accountmanagers, business development managers en inhoudelijke specialisten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen, oppakken en opvolgen van commerciële aanvragen. Je inventariseert klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar passende offertes. Vervolgens zorg je voor een actieve opvolging, met als doel aanvragen om te zetten in opdrachten.

Daarnaast onderhoud en versterk je relaties met bestaande klanten en prospects. Je signaleert kansen voor cross- en upselling en denkt mee over commerciële mogelijkheden voor verdere groei. Wanneer je kansen ziet bij klanten die kunnen uitgroeien tot een strategisch account, stem je dit af met de accountmanager. Ook ondersteun je accountmanagers en business development managers bij commerciële activiteiten en zorg je voor een correcte vastlegging van offertes, klantinformatie en verkoopkansen.

Binnen het team werk je samen met collega's met verschillende ervaringsniveaus. Je geeft geen formeel leiding, maar vindt het leuk om kennis te delen en minder ervaren collega's te begeleiden in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een commerciële, bedrijfskundige of vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst-, inside sales- of vergelijkbare commerciële functie.
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van klantrelaties, offerteprocessen en commerciële trajecten van aanvraag tot opdracht.
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen en het beheren van commerciële pipelines, offertes en verkoopkansen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

  • Een salaris tot €4.330,00 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 per kilometer of volledige vergoeding van openbaar vervoer.
