Als Medewerker QA ben je binnen de afdeling Kwaliteitszorg, samen met 3 gedreven collega’s, verantwoordelijk voor het borgen en verbeteren van onze kwaliteitsprocessen volgens ISO 17025 (vereist) en ISO 9001. Je neemt het initiatief om bestaande procedures binnen en tussen kantoor- en laboratoriumafdelingen te optimaliseren en kunt de gevolgen daarvan goed overzien. Daarnaast voer je interne audits uit op onze processen en rapporteer je aan de QA Manager.

Vacatureomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het up-to-date houden van het managementsysteem volgens ISO 17025 en ISO 9001.
  • Bijdragen aan het continu verbeteren van interne procedures en het managementsysteem, inclusief voorstellen voor optimalisatie aan de QA Manager.
  • Beoordelen van ringonderzoeken en verbeteringsvoorstellen voor laboratoriumprocessen doen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsaudits en het initiëren en opvolgen van verbeterprojecten.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt rondom kwaliteit en interne/externe communicatie verzorgen.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale productie en efficiëntie door samenwerking en flexibiliteit.
  • Waarborgen van de kwaliteit van alle processen door foutloos werken, afspraken nakomen en gedegen klachtenafhandeling.
  • Toezicht houden op persoonlijke en algemene veiligheid volgens voorschriften.

Functie-eisen

Wat neem je mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau of MLO met ruime relevante werkervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring met audits is vereist.
  • Kennis van werkprocessen is een pré.
  • Goed ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen en sterke contactuele vaardigheden.
  • Affiniteit met kwaliteitsborging en het omzetten van bevindingen in verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  • Structuur kunnen brengen in eigen werk en dat van anderen, overzicht behouden en prioriteiten stellen.
