Krijg jij energie van het oplossen van gebouwbeheersvraagstukken en zie je kansen om apparatuur- en gebouwbeheersprocessen slimmer in te richten? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Als Service Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat onderhoud, installaties en technische processen soepel verlopen. Je bent het eerste ter plaatse bij storingen van apparatuur en beoordeeld of je het zelf kunt herstellen of dat daarvoor een externe partij nodig is. Je houdt overzicht, plant vooruit en werkt samen met collega's en externe partners om de continuïteit van het laboratorium veilig te stellen.

Met jouw inzet draag je bij aan een betrouwbare en veilige werkomgeving waarin onze laboratoria optimaal kunnen presteren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Service Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van onderhoudsactiviteiten, technische werkzaamheden en verbeterprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles goed gepland is en volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Plannen en coördineren van preventief onderhoud
  • Oplossen en opvolgen van storingen en technische vraagstukken
  • Inplannen van technische collega's en externe leveranciers
  • Opzetten en verbeteren van samenwerkingen met interne en externe partners
  • Monitoren van planning, kwaliteit
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en deze vertalen naar concrete acties

Functie-eisen

Jij bent iemand die vooruitdenkt, overzicht houdt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Je werkt graag samen en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Je krijgt energie van het oplossen van storingen en je bijdrage leveren aan veranderingen.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je ervaring met plannen en coördineren
  • Je hebt duidelijk affiniteit met of ervaring in de techniek
  • Ben je gewend om samen te werken met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Heb je ervaring met procesoptimalisatie of verandertrajecten
  • Beschik je over sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden
  • Ben je 32 tot 40 uur beschikbaar
