🎯 Ce que tu vas faire

  • Recruter : rédiger des annonces qui donnent envie, trier les candidatures et participer aux entretiens.
  • Accueillir : préparer l’arrivée des nouveaux et les aider à bien démarrer.
  • Gérer : contrats, DPAE, absences, visites médicales… tu deviens un pilier de l’admin du personnel.
  • Préparer la paie : collecter les heures et variables, répondre aux questions des salariés.
  • Former : organiser les sessions (hygiène, sécurité, management) et suivre les autres alternants.
  • Analyser : tenir les tableaux de bord RH (effectifs, turnover, absentéisme).

Bonus : tu iras sur le terrain, dans les restaurants, pour comprendre la réalité des équipes.

Pendant ton alternance, tu acquiers une vraie expérience RH complète : recrutement de A à Z, droit du travail appliqué, paie, outils RH et gestion de projet. De quoi faire la différence sur ton CV.

  • Inscrit(e) (ou en cours d’inscription) dans une formation RH en alternance, de Bac+2 à Bac+3.
  • Curieux(se), organisé(e) et à l’aise avec les gens.
  • Discret(e) : la confidentialité, tu sais ce que c’est.
  • À l’aise sur Excel (ou motivé(e) pour le devenir).
  • Pas besoin d’expérience en RH : ta motivation compte plus que ton CV.
