Deine Rolle bei Eurofun

Im Team unserer Reisespezialisten bist du eine zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und begleitest sie auf ihrem Weg zur perfekten Aktivreise. Du betreust den gesamten Buchungsprozess – von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Abreise – und sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste jederzeit bestens aufgehoben fühlen. Mit deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise, deinem Engagement und deinem Gespür für Kundenwünsche findest du passende Lösungen und trägst zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf bei. Gleichzeitig entwickelst du dein Wissen rund um deine Zielregion weiter und leistest so einen wichtigen Beitrag zum gemeinsamen Erfolg von Eurofun.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und berätst sie rund um unser Reiseangebot – telefonisch und per E-Mail
  • Du betreust den gesamten Buchungsprozess von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungslegung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Nach der Einschulung verantwortest du deine eigene Zielregion und betreust diese eigenständig
  • Du unterstützt das Team bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Begeisterung für Aktivreisen und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Offene, kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität
