About Us: We are a Muslimah-Friendly beauty and aesthetic salon dedicated to providing a environment for our client to enjoy advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments.

The Role: We are looking for a vibrant, well-spoken and results driven Female Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our close-knit team. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service, building trust with our clients and converting new leads into clinic appointments. Due to privacy requirements of our Muslimah-Friendly environment, this position is open to female applicants only (preferred language proficiency / cultural familiarity: Malay or Chinese speaking).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations: Welcome walk-in clients and provide a warm, hospitable and comfortable salon experience
  • Omnichannel Communication: Promptly attend to customer queries, bookings and feedback via phone calls, WhatsApp and social media platforms
  • Lead Conversion & Follow-up: Actively reach out to new leads generated from our marketing platforms to share promotions and secure bookings
  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs (e.g. lead conversion rates, appointment bookings and customer satisfaction metrics)
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer records and manage appointment schedule efficiently

Requirements:

  • Female Environment: Comfortable working in a dedicated Muslimah-friendly, female only service environment
  • Languages: Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to speak fluently in Malay or Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with our primary client demographics
  • Sales Drive: Confident, persuasive and comfortable with making outbound calls to follow up on warm leads. Highly target driven
  • Experience: Experience in beauty, aesthetic, retail or telesales is a strong advantage
