The posting

Audi Rocklin is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Clerk to join our team in Rocklin, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and processing various contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all contract-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Review, prepare, and process contracts, agreements, and related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and organize contract files and records to ensure easy accessibility and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to obtain necessary contract information and approvals.
  • Track contract deadlines, renewals, and amendments to ensure timely action.
  • Assist in resolving contract discrepancies and issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Automotive Experience- Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in contract administration, clerical, or related roles is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Tekion/CDK/Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge a plus
