Du möchtest Deine Erfahrung in der Schadenregulierung flexibel und eigenverantwortlich einsetzen? Dann werde Teil unseres motivierten Teams und unterstütze uns als Schadenregulierer (m/w/d) im Rahmen einer auf ein Jahr befristeten Teilzeitstelle mit 26 Wochenstunden. Dank freier Zeiteinteilung gestaltest Du Deinen Arbeitsalltag selbstständig und übernimmst die Prüfung sowie Regulierung von Leistungsfällen in der Reiseversicherung. Dabei stehst Du unseren Kundinnen und Kunden als kompetenter Ansprechpartner zur Seite und sorgst für eine professionelle und serviceorientierte Bearbeitung ihrer Anliegen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du nimmst telefonisch Schadenmeldungen und Kundenanliegen entgegen und erfasst sowie bearbeitest diese in unserem Schadensystem
  • Du prüfst eigenverantwortlich Leistungsansprüche in den Bereichen Reiseversicherung, Reiserücktritt, Gepäckversicherung sowie Konto- und Finanzschutzbrief
  • Du regulierst Schadenfälle selbstständig im Rahmen Deiner Vollmacht
  • Du erkennst mögliche Regressansprüche und dokumentierst diese entsprechend

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Versicherungsumfeld
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Schadenregulierung mit, beispielsweise aus der Reise-, Auslandskranken-, Unfall-, Lebens- oder Haftpflichtversicherung
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über grundlegende medizinische, betriebswirtschaftliche oder juristische Kenntnisse
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und serviceorientiert und hast Freude daran, Kundinnen und Kunden effizient weiterzuhelfen
  • Du gehst routiniert mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen um und verfügst über gute EDV-Kenntnisse
