Das erwartet Dich

Möchtest Du die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbetreuer aktiv fördern und als Schnittstelle zu den Team Managern fungieren?

Als Technical Helpdesk (w/m/d) begleitest du im Rahmen einer Zusatzvereinbarung die Teammitglieder der Plattform Automotive & Home an den Standorten Rostock, München oder im Distant-Modell und beantwortest die fachlichen Fragen der Mitarbeitenden. Aus den gewonnenen Ergebnissen berätst du darüber hinaus die Teamleiter und schlägst Maßnahmen vor, diese Entwicklungspotenziale abzubauen. Komplexe Fallbearbeitung und das Erarbeiten von Lösungen in Beschwerdefällen und operativen Sonderfällen gehören ebenfalls zum Aufgabenspektrum. Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Teamleitenden und Mitarbeitenden und übst dabei eine Beratungs- und Betreuungsfunktion aus. Die Funktion wird als Elternzeitvertretung für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2027 übernommen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist fachlicher Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter auf der Plattform Automotive / Home
  • Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung interner Prozesse wie der Unterschriftenvollmacht und verantwortest die Durchführung von Stichproben
  • Die von Dir aus der fachlichen Betreuung gewonnen Erkenntnisse, leitest Du in Maßnahmen als “Best-Practice” ab
  • Erarbeiten und Fortführen einer FAQ- Liste
  • Du bearbeitest operativen Sonderfällen und Beschwerden sowie Eskalationsfällen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium mit Erfahrung als Kundenbetreuer/Kundenbetreuerin
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit klarer Sprache sowie die Fähigkeit aktiv zuzuhören
  • Fachliche Ausbildungsstufe 3
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
  • Ein hohes Maß an Entscheidungsfreude, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität
  • Belastbarkeit auch in Stress Situationen
  • Konfliktfähigkeit & Durchsetzungsvermögen
