Ihre Aufgaben

  • Laufendes Steuerrecht Als Teammitglied des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens erstellen Sie eigenständig die Unternehmenssteuererklärungen und unterstützen kompetent bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen im Rahmen der Jahresabschlusserstellung sowie der laufenden Buchführung.
  • Bescheidwesen & Betriebsprüfungen Sie prüfen Steuerbescheide, führen die Kommunikation mit den Finanzbehörden, leiten Rechtsbehelfsverfahren ein und betreuen anstehende Betriebsprüfungen.
  • Steuerberechnungen Sie führen präzise Steuerberechnungen durch und beurteilen steuerliche sowie bilanzielle Sachverhalte für Kapital- und Personengesellschaften (insb. GmbHs und GmbH & Co. KGs) in Absprache mit der Bereichsleitung.
  • Sonderthemen & Immobiliensteuerrecht Sie bearbeiten anspruchsvolle steuerliche Sonderthemen, insbesondere im Bereich der Umsatzsteuer (z. B. Vermietung, gewerbliche Mietverhältnisse, Bauleistungen, Immobilienverkäufe) sowie zu Betriebsvorrichtungen und erweiterten Gewerbesteuerkürzungen.
  • Projektarbeit & Innovation Sie wirken aktiv an steuerlichen Projekten mit, wie beispielsweise der Einführung eines Tax Compliance Management Systems (TCMS), und bringen sich als Key-User für DATEV ein.

Ihr Profil

  • Sehr genaue und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässige Kontrolle von Zahlen, Fristen, Bescheiden und Zuordnungen
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe steuerliche Anforderungen schnell zu durchdringen und in klare, praxisnahe Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen
  • Analytisches und problemlöseorientiertes Denkvermögen
  • Gutes Verständnis für komplexe Gesellschafts-, Vertrags- und Finanzierungsstrukturen
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Risiken, Fristen, fehlende Unterlagen und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten
  • Verständliche Ausdrucksweise und proaktiver Kommunikationsstil
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe steuerliche Sachverhalte auch gegenüber kaufmännischen und technischen Ansprechpartnern verständlich zu erklären
