Wir, die Europäische Rechtsakademie in Trier, suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung, Bedienung und Wartung der Konferenz- und Veranstaltungstechnik (Dolmetschanlagen Bosch DICENTIS, Mediensteuerung Q-SYS, Videokonferenzsystem MVI, Shure-Sprechstellen)
  • Technische Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen, einschließlich Hybridformaten und Videokonferenzen
  • Betreuung der zugehörigen IT-Infrastruktur im Bereich Medientechnik (AV-Netzwerk, Surface-Geräte, Peripherie)
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung an der gesamten Medientechnik
  • Unterstützung des IT-Teams im 1st-Level-Support und in der allgemeinen IT-Administration in veranstaltungsfreien Zeiten
  • Dokumentation der Systeme und Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der technischen Ausstattung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Medientechnik, Veranstaltungstechnik, IT oder Elektrotechnik (z. B. Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik, IT-Systemelektroniker, Mediengestalter Bild/Ton) – oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung mit professioneller AV-/Konferenztechnik, idealerweise mit den genannten Systemen (Bosch DICENTIS, Q-SYS, Shure)
  • Gute allgemeine IT-Kenntnisse (Netzwerktechnik, Windows-Umgebungen, gängige Office-Anwendungen)
  • Serviceorientiertes und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit internationalen Konferenzteilnehmern
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Arbeit außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten bei Abendveranstaltungen oder Wochenendveranstaltungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
