Na budoucnost se nečeká. Budoucnost se analyzuje.Hledáme zkušeného procesního a business analytika, který bude pomáhat našim zákazníkům měnit složité procesy na funkční digitální řešení. Bude spojkou mezi zákazníkem, architekty, vývojáři a testery. To hlavní pro našeho budoucího kolegu je pochopit potřeby zákazníka, navrhnout optimální řešení a dovést požadavky až do úspěšného nasazení.TVÝM ÚKOLEM BUDE:- sběr, analýza a specifikace business požadavků zákazníků- analýza a modelování procesů pomocí BPMN, UML nebo ArchiMate- návrh funkčních a nefunkčních požadavků- tvorba analytické a projektové dokumentace- návrh datových modelů, integračních scénářů a use-case diagramů- spolupráce s architekty, vývojáři, UX specialisty a testery- prezentace návrhů a vedení analytických workshopů- podpora testování a akceptace dodávaného řešení- identifikace dopadů změn do procesů a informačních systémů- podíl na digitalizaci procesů veřejné správy i komerčních organizacíPOŽADUJEME:- minimálně 3 roky zkušeností v oblasti business nebo procesní analýzy- zkušenosti se sběrem a zpracováním požadavků- znalost BPMN, UML nebo obdobných modelovacích notací- zkušenosti s nástroji Enterprise Architect, Archi, případně obdobnými CASE nástroji- schopnost převádět obchodní potřeby do srozumitelných zadání pro vývojový tým- výborné analytické a komunikační schopnosti- samostatnost při vedení analytických aktivit- český jazyk na profesionální úrovni- angličtinu minimálně pro práci s technickou dokumentacíVÝHODOU JE:- zkušenost s projekty veřejné správy- znalost principů enterprise architektury- znalost UX návrhu nebo práce ve Figmě- zkušenosti s agilním vývojem (Scrum, Kanban)- certifikace BABOK, BPMN, TOGAF nebo obdobné- zkušenosti s integračními projekty, API a datovými modelyOSOBNOSTNÍ PŘEDPOKLADY:- schopnost vidět celek i detail- systematické a analytické myšlení- dobré prezentační a facilitační dovednosti- schopnost efektivně komunikovat se zákazníkem i technickým týmem- orientace na výsledek- zodpovědnost a důslednost- potřeba dotahovat věci do konce- aktivní přístup a chuť učit se novým věcemNABÍZÍME:- práci na významných projektech veřejné správy i komerční sféry- možnost ovlivňovat podobu nově vznikajících systémů- spolupráci s týmem zkušených architektů, analytiků a vývojářů- profesní rozvoj a mezinárodně uznávané certifikace- pružnou pracovní dobu, možnost občasné práce z domova- týden dovolené navíc, sickdays, stravenky, po zapracování příspěvek na penzijní/životní pojištění, firemní telefon a tarif s neomezeným voláním v ČR, možnost růstu a odborné vzdělávání, Multisport karta.- neformální prostředí a přátelský tým,HLÁSIT SE: e-mailem, nebo telefonicky.
