Die European Homecare GmbH übernimmt als soziales Dienstleistungsunternehmen, im Auftrag der öffentlichen Hand, seit über 30 Jahren in derzeit bundesweit rund 100 Einrichtungen mit insgesamt ca. 2.000 Mitarbeiter*innen Aufgaben im Bereich der Betreuung, Unterbringung und Versorgung von Asylbewerber*innen und Obdachlosen.

Stellenbeschreibung

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen in Übereinstimmung mit den Vorschriften und Abgabefristen der Serco-Gruppe.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses inklusive des Anhangs und Lagebericht
  • Buchen aller Journale, die erforderlich sind, um korrekte und genaue Monatsabschlüsse zu gewährleisten.
  • Monatliche Abstimmungen der Bilanzkonten
  • Monatliche Intercompany-Abstimmung und Berichterstattung
  • Erstellung der monatlichen Bilanzabstimmungen mittels Cadency und der vierteljährlichen Bilanzreports des Konzerns.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der regelmäßigen und der ad-hoc-Berichte an das lokale Management und die Vertragsmanager.
  • Aufstellung der Jahresabschlüsse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzmanager.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Cashflow-Prognose.
  • Unterstützung bei Prüfungen (Steuer- und Jahresabschlussprüfungen)
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und interne Abteilungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten im Finanzbereich

Qualifikationen

Wesentliche technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten, Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Zusatzqualifikation zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) von Vorteil
  • Mind. 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung.
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung eines großen internationalen Konzerns und Erfahrung mit SAP S/4 HANA, SAP CIM wünschenswert
  • Ergebnis- und qualitätsorientierter und proaktiver Teamplayer, der in der Lage ist, selbstständig zu arbeiten.
  • Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von MS Office, insbesondere umfassende Excel-Kenntnisse.
  • Flexible Arbeitsweise und praktischer Herangehensweise.
