Die European Homecare GmbH übernimmt als soziales Dienstleistungsunternehmen, im Auftrag der öffentlichen Hand, seit über 30 Jahren in derzeit bundesweit rund 100 Einrichtungen mit insgesamt ca. 2.000 Mitarbeiter*innen Aufgaben im Bereich der Betreuung, Unterbringung und Versorgung von Asylbewerber*innen und Obdachlosen.

Stellenbeschreibung

Für unsere Einrichtung in Sankt Augustin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Erzieher*innen (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit, um Kinder aus unterschiedlichen Herkunftsländern in dem internen Kindergarten unserer Aufnahmeeinrichtung zu betreuen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung der Asylbewerberkinder bei der Integration
  • Spielerische Vermittlung der deutschen Sprache
  • Förderung der Kreativität, Phantasie und Eigeninitiative der Kinder
  • Vermittlung von Akzeptanz für Kinder anderer Kulturkreise und deren Wertvorstellungen
  • Förderung sozialer und kommunikativer Fähigkeiten

Qualifikationen

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • staatlich anerkannte Erzieherinnen und Erzieher oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung im sozialen Bereich z. B. als Kinderpfleger/in, Sozialassistent/in, Sozialpädagog/in, Heilerziehungspfleger/in
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Sprachliche Kompetenzen, gerne Mehrsprachigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative, Einfühlungsvermögen, Flexibilität, sowie Motivation bzw. Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Einwandfreies, erweitertes Führungszeugnis (Kostenübernahme erfolgt)
  • Nachweis gemäß Masernschutzgesetz (Impfschutz/ Immunitätsnachweis)

Zudem wäre es sehr wünschenswert, wenn Sie bereits an der Schulung "Ersthelfer am Kind" teilgenommen haben und Erfahrungen in der Betreuung von Kindern mit Migrationshintergrund mitbringen würden.
