Die European Homecare GmbH übernimmt als soziales Dienstleistungsunternehmen, im Auftrag der öffentlichen Hand, seit über 30 Jahren in derzeit bundesweit rund 100 Einrichtungen mit insgesamt ca. 2.000 Mitarbeiter*innen Aufgaben im Bereich der Betreuung, Unterbringung und Versorgung von Asylbewerber*innen und Obdachlosen.

Stellenbeschreibung

Von unserer Hauptverwaltung in Essen-Bergerhausen aus koordiniert der Vertrieb die Teilnahme an öffentlichen Vergabeverfahren und ist in diesem Rahmen für die Erstellung von Konzepten, die Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und die Akquise/ Administration von Fördermitteln zuständig. Zur Verstärkung dieses verantwortungsvollen Aufgabenbereichs suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt neue Kolleg*innen (w/m/d) für den Vertrieb in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Recherche auf Online-Plattformen nach öffentlichen Ausschreibungen
  • Kommunikation mit den Vergabestellen zur Konkretisierung der Bedarfe mittels Bieterfragen
  • Kalkulation von Angeboten, Erstellung von Preisblättern für öffentliche Ausschreibungsverfahren
  • Einreichen der Angebote mittels Online-Bietertools (eVergabe)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Arbeitsbereichen bei der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Auftraggebern zu bestehenden Aufträgen
  • Recherche von Förderprogrammen und Mitarbeit in der Fördermitteladministration
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Vertriebsleitung

Qualifikationen

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse im Vergaberecht und in der Bearbeitung von öffentlichen Ausschreibungen (eVergabe) und/oder Fördermittelakquise von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Vorgehen, sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Ein hohes Maß an Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Eine proaktive, präzise und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an kollegialer Zusammenarbeit in einem hoch motivierten Team
