Quelles sont vos missions en tant que Crew Dispatcher ?

  • Assister les Duty Shift Leader (DSL) en assurant la couverture opérationnelle en ressources et la gestion opérationnelle de l’ensemble des personnels roulants Eurostar en lien avec les résidences de Londres, Paris, Bruxelles et Lille.
  • Assurer des tâches non essentielles de Sécurité en relayant aux équipages tout élément altérant la norme et les changements de procédure d’exploitation
  • Assurer la gestion des équipages anglais en l’absence du permanent Crew Officer de Londres.
  • Collaborer efficacement avec les Permanent Crew Officer par un échange constant de l’information pour régler en commun tout incident relatif aux équipages roulants.
  • Diffuser aux équipages les informations relatives à toutes modifications les concernant en situation normale comme perturbée.
  • Gérer en opération les équipages en apportant des solutions appropriées à tout problème les concernant
  • S’assurer de la bonne couverture du plan de transport Eurostar en situation normale ou dégradée dans le respect de la réglementation sur un périmètre à J+3
  • Tenir à jour un rapport d’exploitation et tout autre document requis par le dirigeant, notamment rédaction d’un rapport quotidien
  • Utiliser les moyens à disposition (titulaires plus réserves) pour garantir la couverture du plan de transport en respectant les réglementations en vigueur.

What are your duties as a Crew Dispatcher?

  • Assist the Duty Shift Leader (DSL) by ensuring operational coverage in terms of resources and the operational management of all Eurostar travelling personnel Eurostar in liaison with the residences in London, Paris, Brussels and Lille.
  • Carrying out non-essential Safety tasks by relaying to crews any altering the standard and changes to operating procedures
  • Manage English crews in the absence of the permanent Crew Officer in London.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Permanent Crew Officer through a constant exchange of information in order to jointly resolve any incidents relating to the travelling crews.
  • Disseminate information to crews about any changes affecting them both in normal and disrupted situations.
  • Manage crews during operations by providing appropriate solutions to any problems affecting them.
  • Ensure that the Eurostar transport plan is properly covered in normal or disrupted situation in compliance with the regulations on a D+3 perimeter
  • Keep up to date an operating report and any other document required by the manager, in particular drafting a daily report
  • Use the resources available (holders plus reserves) to guarantee coverage of the transport plan in compliance with the regulations in force.

Wat zijn je taken als Crew Dispatcher?

  • Assisteert de Duty Shift Leader (DSL) door te zorgen voor operationele dekking in termen van middelen en het operationele beheer van al het reizende personeel van Eurostar in verbinding met de residenties in Londen, Parijs, Brussel en Rijsel.
  • Uitvoeren van niet-essentiële veiligheidstaken door het doorgeven aan bemanningen van alle wijziging van de standaard en wijzigingen in bedieningsprocedures
  • Leiding geven aan Engelse bemanningen bij afwezigheid van de vaste Crew Officer in Londen.
  • Effectief samenwerken met de Permanent Crew Officer door een constante uitwisseling van informatie om eventuele incidenten met betrekking tot de reizende bemanningen gezamenlijk op te lossen.
  • Verspreiden van informatie aan bemanningen over alle veranderingen die op hen van invloed zijn zowel in normale als verstoorde situaties.
  • Leidt bemanningen tijdens operaties door passende oplossingen te bieden voor eventuele problemen die hen treffen.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat het Eurostar-vervoersplan naar behoren wordt gedekt in normale of verstoorde situatie in overeenstemming met de voorschriften op een D+3 perimeter
  • Houd een operationeel rapport bij en elk ander document dat door de manager wordt vereist, in het bijzonder het opstellen van een dagelijks verslag
  • Gebruik de beschikbare middelen (houders plus reserves) om de dekking van het transportplan in overeenstemming met de geldende regelgeving.

Requirements

Profil

  • Diplomé.e d’un niveau EQF level 5/ bac +2
  • Deux ans d’expérience dans la gestion de moyens ou de planning de personnel (dispatch d’équipe opérationnelle), de préférence dans le secteur ferroviaire
  • Maitrise du français et de l’anglais, le néerlandais est un plus
  • Forte capacité de négociation et bonne communication
  • Forte orientation client et proactivité dans la recherche de solutions ;
  • Vision globale, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse en temps limité ;
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement des modes opératoires à d’autres collaborateurs et à des partenaires
  • Résistance au stress induit par des situations perturbées

Le poste est couvert en roulement de shifts de 8h, assurant une présence continue tous les jours de 6h à 22h

  • EQF level 5/ bac +2 diploma
  • Two years' experience in managing resources or personnel planning (dispatching operational teams), preferably in the rail sector
  • Fluency in French and English, Dutch is a plus
  • Strong negotiating skills and good communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and proactive in finding solutions;
  • Global vision, ability to analyse and summarise in limited time;
  • Ability to communicate operating procedures clearly to other staff and and partners
  • Resistance to stress induced by disrupted situations

The position is covered by 8-hour shifts, ensuring a continuous presence every day from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

  • Vloeiend in Frans en Engels, Nederlands is een pluspunt

  • Globale visie, vermogen om te analyseren en samen te vatten in beperkte tijd;
  • Het vermogen om operationele procedures duidelijk te communiceren naar andere medewerkers en partners
