🔍 Contexte

Au sein de la direction Operating, notre département assure deux missions essentielles :

  • La conception et l’adaptation du plan de transport de l’offre Eurostar,
  • La gestion des tableaux de services des équipages roulants (conducteurs de train et chefs de train).

🎯 Votre objectif

Afin de mieux administrer nos ressources roulantes (conducteurs de train et chefs de train), nous avons besoin d’une vision claire et fiable de leur utilisation actuelle et future. Votre rôle sera de transformer les données en leviers de décision.

🧩 Vos missions

1. Analyse des besoins en données Vous collaborerez avec les experts métiers et les responsables pour identifier les données clés nécessaires à la gestion des ressources.

2. Collecte et consolidation Vous centraliserez les informations à l’aide des outils internes, en garantissant leur fiabilité et leur pertinence.

3. Création de tableaux de bord Vous concevrez des dashboards dynamiques et intuitifs pour offrir une vue claire aux décideurs.

4. Automatisation des processus Vous contribuerez à l’optimisation des outils en automatisant et standardisant les tableaux de bord, en lien avec des collaborateurs internes du département SI ou un développeur externe si nécessaire.
