Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Sistemas para atuar na sustentação e evolução do nosso ERP Sankhya e demais soluções tecnológicas. Se você gosta de tecnologia, análise de processos e busca constantemente melhorias que gerem resultados para o negócio, essa oportunidade pode ser sua!

🚀 Principais responsabilidades Atuar no suporte técnico e funcional aos usuários do ERP Sankhya, identificando e solucionando incidentes; Analisar necessidades das áreas e propor soluções tecnológicas que otimizem os processos internos; Realizar parametrizações, configurações e melhorias nas funcionalidades do ERP; Desenvolver e otimizar consultas SQL em banco de dados Oracle; Investigar inconsistências de informações, falhas sistêmicas e problemas de integração; Participar de projetos de implantação, atualização e evolução dos módulos do Sankhya; Apoiar a criação e manutenção de dashboards, relatórios e indicadores gerenciais; Elaborar documentações técnicas, procedimentos e especificações funcionais; Realizar testes, homologações e acompanhar a implantação de melhorias; Interagir com fornecedores e consultorias, buscando soluções e evolução contínua dos sistemas.

🎯 Requisitos Conhecimento funcional dos processos empresariais e sua aplicação em sistemas ERP; Conhecimento intermediário em SQL, preferencialmente Oracle; Experiência com parametrizações, análise de incidentes e resolução de problemas sistêmicos; Conhecimento em levantamento de requisitos e documentação de soluções; Conhecimento em PL/SQL, procedures, triggers e packages Oracle; Raciocínio lógico, capacidade analítica e boa comunicação; Facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas e compreender suas necessidades.

⭐ Será um diferencial Experiência com desenvolvimento de dashboards e relatórios no Sankhya; Conhecimento dos módulos Comercial, Compras, Estoque, Financeiro, Fiscal e Gestão de Pessoas; Experiência com integrações entre ERP e sistemas externos, incluindo APIs.
