Arbetsbeskrivning – Content Creator & Social Media Manager (20%) Om Eustaff Eustaff är ett rekryterings- och bemanningsföretag som hjälper företag att hitta rätt kompetens inom flera branscher. Vi växer och vill stärka vårt varumärke genom inspirerande, professionellt och engagerande innehåll i våra digitala kanaler. Om rollen Vi söker en kreativ och självgående Content Creator som vill hjälpa oss att bygga Eustaffs digitala närvaro. Du kommer att planera, skapa och publicera innehåll som stärker vårt varumärke, attraherar kandidater och skapar förtroende hos våra kunder. Tjänsten är på 20 % och passar dig som studerar, driver eget eller söker en flexibel deltidsroll. Arbetsuppgifter Planera och skapa innehåll för LinkedIn, Instagram och Facebook. Filma och fotografera på kontoret, hos kunder och vid olika aktiviteter. Redigera korta videor (Reels/Shorts) och producera grafiskt material. Skriva engagerande inlägg och texter anpassade för respektive kanal. Publicera och schemalägga innehåll enligt en innehållsplan. Samarbeta med teamet för att lyfta fram medarbetare, kunder och framgångshistorier. Följa upp statistik och komma med idéer för att öka räckvidd och engagemang. Bidra med kreativa idéer för kampanjer och marknadsföringsaktiviteter.

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av att skapa innehåll för sociala medier. Är kreativ och har känsla för foto, video och storytelling. Kan skriva professionella och engagerande texter på svenska. Har god kunskap i Canva, eller liknande verktyg. Är strukturerad, självgående och tar egna initiativ. Har intresse för marknadsföring, employer branding och digital kommunikation.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av LinkedIn-marknadsföring. Kunskap inom Meta Business Suite. Erfarenhet av fotografering eller videoproduktion.
