EVA bxl - sociaal labo in Brussel - zoekt een algemeen directeur ad interim die tijdelijk de leiding van onze organisatie opneemt, de continuïteit van onze werking verzekert en samen met het team en het bestuursorgaan verder bouwt aan onze maatschappelijke ambities.

Wat doe je?

Als algemeen directeur ad interim neem je de algemene leiding van EVA bxl op. Je bewaakt de continuïteit van onze organisatie, houdt de strategische koers voor ogen en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers en initiatieven de nodige ondersteuning krijgen. Je werkt nauw samen met de directeur initiatiefontwikkeling en het bestuursorgaan.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • instaat voor de dagelijkse werking en de verdere strategische ontwikkeling van EVA bxl, binnen onze missie en visie;
  • nauw samenwerkt met het bestuursorgaan, beleidsbeslissingen voorbereidt en zorgt voor heldere en transparante rapportering;
  • het team aanstuurt, medewerkers ondersteunt en bijdraagt aan een verbindende, inclusieve organisatiecultuur;
  • het financieel beheer, de begroting en de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie bewaakt;
  • toeziet op een kwaliteitsvolle interne organisatie, waaronder HR, ICT, infrastructuur en organisatieontwikkeling;
  • EVA bxl vertegenwoordigt in het Brusselse maatschappelijke en beleidsmatige landschap;
  • signalen uit de praktijk mee vertaalt naar beleidsaanbevelingen en politiserend werken stimuleert;
  • bijdraagt aan subsidiedossiers, fondsenwerving en duurzame financiering.

Wie ben jij?

Je voelt je betrokken bij maatschappelijke uitdagingen, houdt van Brussel met de bijhorende grootstedelijke uitdagingen en gelooft in de kracht van sociaal ondernemerschap.

Omdat je een tijdelijke opdracht opneemt, is het belangrijk dat je je snel kunt inwerken, prioriteiten kunt stellen en met de nodige zelfstandigheid beslissingen kunt nemen, maar je staat er uiteraard niet alleen voor.

Je brengt mee:

  • relevante leidinggevende ervaring in de social profit, publieke sector of maatschappelijke ondernemingen;
  • ervaring met strategisch beleid, organisatieontwikkeling en veranderingsprocessen;
  • kennis van financieel beheer en HR-management;
  • inzicht in governance en samenwerking met bestuursorganen;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en politiek-bestuurlijke sensitiviteit;
  • ervaring met subsidie- en financieringstrajecten;
  • goede kennis van het Brusselse maatschappelijke landschap en zijn actoren;
  • affiniteit met de thema’s waarop EVA bxl actief is, zoals welzijn, zorg, onderwijs, tewerkstelling en huisvesting;
  • een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans.
