Dans le cadre d'une évolution interne, nous recrutons un\-e :

(100%) \- CDD 1 an

Classe salariale : 7 (*ce barème s'entend à prérequis validés, à défaut desquels l'enclassement se fait à hauteur de classe \-1\)*

Ce que vous apportez à notre mission

En lien avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous jouez un rôle central pour offrir un accompagnement social individualisé, organiser la prise en charge selon les normes en vigueur, contribuer à la vie du foyer et à son bon fonctionnement.

Vos missions clés

* Vous êtes en charge du suivi administratif et entretiens sociaux.

* Vous mettez en place un plan d'action personnalisés.

* Vous soutenez les bénéficiaires dans l'intégration sociale, professionnelle et administrative.

* Vous coordonnez avec les partenaires internes et externes.

* Vous veillez au respect des règles des foyers.

Votre profil

* Vous avez bachelor HES en travail social (reconnaissance SEFRI si diplôme étranger).

* Minimum. 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.

* Vous avez une bonne connaissance du réseau vaudois et des assurances sociales.

* Vous avez un Français excellent (oral et écrit) ; la maîtrise de l'anglais ou d'autres langues est un atout

* Vous avez un Intérêt marqué pour le domaine de la migration.
