Die Reformierte Kirche Aarau ist eine engagierte Kirchgemeinde mit rund 4’200 Mitgliedern. Wir verbinden Glauben, Gemeinschaft und gesellschaftliche Verantwortung und schaffen Orte, an denen Menschen Spiritualität, Zusammenhalt und Sinn erfahren können. Die Geschäftsleitung sorgt zusammen mit dem Sekretariat für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sämtli­cher administrativen Abläufe innerhalb der Kirchgemeinde.

Die bisherige Stelleninhaberin wendet sich einer neuen Herausforderung zu. Deshalb suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Geschäftsleiter/\-in

70 – 100 %

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören insbesondere

  • Organisation sowie administrative Durchführung von Kirchgemeindeversammlungen, und Abstimmungen der Kirchgemeinde
  • Vor\- und Nachbereitung der Kirchenpflegesitzungen inkl. Protokollierung
  • Operative Geschäftsleitung in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Entscheidungs­trägern/\-innen
  • Führung der Sekretariatsmitarbeitenden sowie des Hauswarts und der Sigristen
  • Führung des Finanzwesens in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Dienstleistungszentrum der Landeskirche (Budget und Rechnungsabschluss)
  • Unterstützung bei Liegenschaftsverwaltung und \-unterhalt in Zusammenarbeit mit externem Liegenschaftsverwalter sowie der Liegenschaftskommission
  • Koordination IT\-Umgebung
  • Betreuung Versicherungswesen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Abschluss CAS Öffentliches Gemeinwesen – Fachkompetenz Gemeindeschreiber erwünscht oder langjährige Erfahrung als Geschäftsleiter/\-in
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Rechnungslegung erwünscht
  • Stilsicheres, kommunikatives Auftreten
  • Sehr gute, organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie Interesse am kirchlichen Umfeld
