Januar 2027\\ oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als HR\\-Spezialist:in (40%) Ihre Aufgaben \* Sie verfassen Arbeitszeugnisse mit Fingerspitzengefühl, Sorgfalt und hoher Qualität und stehen unseren Führungspersonen als kompetente Ansprechperson beratend zur Seite \* Sie unterstützen unsere Rekrutierungsfachperson im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess von der Ausschreibung bis zur Anstellung und übernehmen jeweils donnerstags und freitags Stellvertretungs\\- sowie Ferienvertretungsaufgaben \* Sie stellen einen professionellen und termingerechten Ablauf Ihrer administrativen HR\\-Prozesse sicher und behalten dabei stets den Überblick \* Sie kommunizieren professionell und adressatengerecht mit Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und externen Anspruchsgruppen \* Sie bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer HR\\-Abläufe ein Ihr Profil \* Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit eidg.
