Die reformierte Kirchgemeinde Zürich ist die grösste und mitgliederstärkste Kirchgemeinde der Schweiz. Mit einer breiten Palette an sinnstiftenden Tätigkeitsfeldern steht dabei der Mensch im Zentrum. Die Kirchgemeinde erreicht mit ihren Angeboten eine Vielzahl von Personen in der ganzen Stadt. Sie steht mit ihren innovativen Formen des kirchlichen Lebens für die Bedürfnisse einer modernen und vielfältigen Gesellschaft. Das «bistro ufem chilehügel» im Kirchenkreis neun, Standort Altstetten, wird seit 2023 als Projekt des Kirchenkreises und somit als diakonisch geprägter Betrieb geführt. Dabei versteht sich die Kirche als Gastgeberin für Menschen jeden Alters und jeder Lebenssituation. Im Bistro leben wir eine offene und herzliche Willkommenskultur und gestalten einen lebendigen Ort der Begegnung. Herzstück des Betriebs ist das beliebte Mittagsangebot, das von den Sozialbetrieben des Christuszentrums zubereitet und geliefert wird. Ergänzt wird das Angebot durch einen kinderfreundlichen Innen\- und Aussenbereich, in dem Familien den ganzen Tag willkommen sind. Die Öffnungszeiten am Morgen, Nachmittag, Abend sowie teilweise an Wochenenden schaffen vielfältige Möglichkeiten für diakonische, soziale und gemeinschaftsfördernde Angebote. Für den Bistro\-Betrieb suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung, befristet bis zum 31\. Dezember 2028, Dich als

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gastgeber:in im «bistro ufem chilehügel»
  • Tatkräftige Mitarbeit im alltäglichen Service\-Betrieb mit Tagesverantwortung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Freiwilligen und Mitarbeitenden mit Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von Anlässen ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und/oder im Eventbereich, vorzugsweise in einem sozialen oder gemeinnützigen Umfeld
  • Hohe Motivation und Identifikation für das Bistro\-Konzept mit der Kirche als Gastgeberin sowie eine offene Haltung gegenüber Aktivitäten der reformierten Kirche
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent und
  • Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und ein Auge fürs Detail
