The posting

As a BDC-Sales and service Representative at Evansville Ford, you will play a vital role in driving customer engagement and supporting the sales team by managing and responding to inbound and outbound communications. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely follow-up to help grow our dealership's customer base and enhance overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the dealership management system.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Assist in promoting dealership specials and events to increase customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
