Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in exclusieve schilder- en afwerkingsprojecten voor particuliere interieurs, karaktervolle ondernemersruimtes en projecten in samenwerking met interieurarchitecten. Met oog voor detail en een passie voor esthetiek geven we elk interieur en exterieur een verfijnde, tijdloze uitstraling.

Om ons team te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een projectleider/klantenbegeleider.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als projectleider/klantenbegeleider werk je samen met je collega’s aan prachtige realisaties in heel Vlaanderen, van verfijnde privéwoningen tot stijlvolle commerciële ruimtes.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

Klantenbegeleiding

  • Je ontvangt klanten op kantoor of gaat bij hen ter plaatse om hun wensen en verwachtingen in kaart te brengen.
  • Je adviseert klanten bij de keuze van kleuren, materialen en afwerkingen, met aandacht voor esthetiek en kwaliteit.
  • Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar creatieve interieurvoorstellen en werkt offertes op maat uit.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleidt hen gedurende het volledige traject.
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde opvolging van de klantendossiers.

Projectleiding

  • Je coördineert jouw projecten van A tot Z: van opmetingen en offertes tot werfvoorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering.
  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 11 schilders aan en staat in voor een efficiënte planning en organisatie van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen tijdens de uitvoering en oplevering van de projecten.
  • Je volgt de projecten zowel administratief als financieel nauwgezet op, inclusief nacalculatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en overlegt regelmatig over de voortgang en organisatie van de projecten.

Jouw profiel

Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk. Je kan een drukke agenda efficiënt organiseren en weet moeiteloos het overzicht te bewaren.

  • Je denkt proactief, anticipeert op mogelijke uitdagingen en schakelt snel wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je hebt een hands-onmentaliteit, neemt initiatief en werkt graag zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bewaakt de kwaliteit van jouw projecten tot in de kleinste details.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet op een professionele manier met klanten om te gaan.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en werkt vlot met digitale toepassingen. Ervaring met een ERP-pakket is een pluspunt.
