Support daily store operations by partnering with management to deliver exceptional guest experiences and keep the store running smoothly. This role is ideal for a service-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced, engaging retail environment. Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example to provide outstanding, memorable guest service Create a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience Support operations including cashiering, inventory, and store organization

Qualifications:

Strong merchandising and organizational skills Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays) Must be 21+ for liquor sales

Physical Requirements:

Stand/walk for extended periods; occasional reaching, bending, or climbing Lift and move up to 40 lbs

Additional Information:

Eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus ($125 at 90 days, $125 at 180 days)
