The ideal candidate has established telecom relationships and a proven record of closing six and seven-figure deals.

What you'll do:

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new carrier relationships that support RedSky’s E911 call routing business, with a primary focus on the United States and Canada.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at wireline, wireless, and other relevant carriers.
  • Develop partner-specific business cases and joint value propositions for RedSky, carriers, and end users.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, and move partnership opportunities through agreement execution.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, product, technical, legal, and operational teams to assess opportunities and support partner launches.
  • Develop and execute business plans with carrier partners to create opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Grow existing carrier relationships, address business or technical issues, and advocate for partners across RedSky.
  • Track partner activity, opportunities, and performance in CRM and other relevant tools.
  • Represent RedSky in partner meetings and industry events; travel as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • 8–10 years of business development or partner sales experience in telecommunications or communications technology.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and closing new carrier partnerships.
  • A proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals; this is a firm requirement.
  • Established relationships with relevant carrier organizations and decision-makers.
  • Experience building business plans and managing complex commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to explain technical and commercial value propositions to carrier executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong CRM and opportunity management skills.
  • Experience working across sales, product, technical, legal, and operational teams.
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel based on partner and business needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
