Im direkten Auftrag unserer Mandantin, einem renommierten Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen mit sympathischer Kultur suchen wir für den Sitz im Raum Zürich Nord (zentrale Bahnhofslage, zudem 1-2 Tage Homeoffice gegeben), suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

HR Business Partner 80-100% (m/w) #

In dieser Funktion sind sie vielseitig in der Beratung, der Unterstützung sowie im Coaching der Linienverantwortlichen betreffend alle HR-Führungsthemen tätig (Betreuungsbereich ca. 150 Mitarbeitende). Als Teil eines sympathischen, dynamischen HR Teams sind sie der kompetente Ansprechpartner für ihre Abteilungen/Manager zu sämtlichen Personalfragen. Sie begleiten/betreuen ihre Mitarbeitenden, sind in der Rekrutierung tätig und arbeiten eng mit Ihren Kollegen/innen in der Personaladministration sowie dem Payrolling zusammen. Weiter übernehmen sie spannende Aufgaben in der Personalentwicklung (Weiterbildungen/Laufbahnplanung) und wirken in diversen HR-Projekten mit, oder übernehmen deren Leitung. Die Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung interner HR Prozesse macht ihre Funktion zusätzlich spannend und abwechslungsreich. Unsere Mandantin bietet Ihnen eine selbständige Tätigkeit in einem kollegialen Team, mit der Möglichkeit die optimale Leistungserbringung der HR Abteilung aktiv mitgestalten zu dürfen. Dies in einem führenden Unternehmen seiner Branche mit sympathischer Kultur und gelebten Werten.

Um diese interessante Herausforderung optimal zu meistern, bringen sie die Weiterbildung zur HR Fachfrau/Fachmann mit und verfügen bereits über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vielseitigen und selbständigen HR Funktion (z.B. HR Business Partner, HR Manager) mit eigenem Betreuungsbereich. Berufspraxis aus einer ähnlichen Branche (Banken, Finanzindustrie, Versicherungen etc.) ist von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Bedingung. Nebst Expertise in diversen HR Themenfeldern (Recruiting, C&B, PE etc.) können sie bereits auf Praxis in Projektmanagement zurückgreifen. Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch, gut in Englisch und verfügen über gute HRIS-Kenntnisse (idealerweise Abacus). Wenn sie zudem eine vernetzt denkende, offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit sind, die auch in hektischen Zeiten weder den Kopf, noch eine gute Portion Humor verliert, sollten sie sich baldmöglichst bei uns bewerben. Diese Position ist auch sehr gut für jüngere HR Spezialisten/-innen mit ersten Jahren Praxis als HRBP geeignet, die sich in dieser Funktion weiterentwickeln möchten.
