Einleitung

Im direkten Auftrag unserer Mandantin, einer sympathischen, renommierten und stark wachsenden Spitex\-Organisation (PA\-Modell) mit sympathischer Firmenkultur, suchen wir für den Ausbau des Teams in Zürich (zentrale , Parkplätze vorhanden) eine erfahrene Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/BSc Pflege als Leiter/in Prozesse \& Organisationsentwicklung (80\-100%)

der Arbeit

In dieser vielseitigen Führungsfunktion stellen Sie sicher, dass die betrieblichen Abläufe effizient, strukturiert und nachhaltig organisiert sind. Sie analysieren bestehende Prozesse, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und entwickeln praxisnahe Lösungen, welche die Leistungsfähigkeit der gesamten Organisation steigern. Sie koordinieren die enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Pflegedienstleitung, Qualitätsmanagement, HR, Klientenbetreuung, Administration und weiteren Fachbereichen. Dabei sorgen Sie für klare Verantwortlichkeiten, verbindliche Prozesse sowie eine konsequente Umsetzung organisatorischer Vorgaben und Verbesserungsmassnahmen. Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie bereichsübergreifende Optimierungs\- und Entwicklungsprojekte, unterstützen den weiteren Organisationsaufbau und etablieren moderne Führungs\-, Reporting\- und Kontrollinstrumente. Sie überwachen relevante Kennzahlen, erstellen aussagekräftige Management\-Reports und liefern der Geschäftsleitung fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens.

Anforderungsprofil

Für diese anspruchsvolle Herausforderung verfügen Sie über eine höhere Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheitsmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer operativen Führungsfunktion mit und konnten bereits erfolgreich komplexe Organisations\- und Veränderungsprozesse begleiten. Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen, in einer Spitex\-Organisation oder Krankenversicherung setzen wir voraus.

Sie zeichnen sich durch analytisches Denkvermögen, konzeptionelle Stärke und eine hohe Umsetzungsorientierung aus. Als Führungspersönlichkeit verstehen Sie es, unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen zu koordinieren, Prioritäten zu setzen und nachhaltige Lösungen zu etablieren. Ihr unternehmerisches Denken, Ihre Eigeninitiative sowie Ihr Durchsetzungsvermögen ermöglichen es Ihnen, Veränderungen erfolgreich voranzutreiben.
