The posting

The Role

You'll lead end-to-end commercial renewal motions and contract modernizations for a designated book of accounts, aligning subscription commitments with client usage to drive long-term retention. Drawing on your commercial expertise and analytical background, you'll manage proactive orchestration ahead of renewal dates, streamline quote-to-cash workflows, and build scalable playbooks that power an expanding operational function.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a designated book of accounts, managing usage analysis, quote creation, approvals, and order form execution.
  • Lead commercial conversations with customers to guide contract modernizations, aligning subscription terms with platform usage and business requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to streamline renewal workflows, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, and ensure seamless customer handoffs.
  • Leverage internal quote-to-cash systems and automation tools to efficiently manage active renewal cycles across both high-touch and scaled client segments.
  • Maintain clean pipeline forecasting, system hygiene, and compliance across internal tools such as Salesforce and Ironclad.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of renewal playbooks, best practices, and operational processes as the function expands.

About You

  • You have at least 4+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, commercial sales, or revenue operations, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end contract negotiations.
  • You are commercially minded and analytical, adept at evaluating usage data and metrics to structure mutually beneficial renewal agreements.
  • You are comfortable managing a dynamic book of renewals, balancing high-touch commercial discussions with streamlined, process-driven workflows.
  • You are a builder at heart who thrives in a dynamic environment, excited to contribute ideas and refine playbooks for a growing operational function.
  • You have practical experience navigating CRMs and Quote-to-Cash platforms (such as Salesforce and Ironclad) and are comfortable utilizing automation tools to drive efficiency.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.

That work is not a side task but the case itself, and where most of the time and money in litigation goes. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
